Girls Leg Warmers

I purchased a pair of girls socks from the Dollar Store (love that place) and started by cutting right below the ankle line of the sock. I then turned them inside out and hemmed a 1/2 inch casing around the bottom of the edge that I cut.

I snipped a small slit on the front of the sock to feed three 1/2 inch ribbons through the casing using a safety pin and tied it off in the front. I then hand stitched the hole closed allowing for movement of the ribbon to be tied.
